Dear comrades:
CNT wants to thank all the delegates from the different organisations for attending and taking part in the Barakaldo International Conference. We’ve been lucky enough to have comrades from IWW from the USA and Canada, IWW from the UK and Ireland, FAU and IWW from Germany, IP from Poland, USI from Italy, ESE and Rocinante from Greece, CNT-GAP and CNT-Vignoles from France and FORA from Argentina, as well as receiving solidarity statements from the Sociedad Obrera from Paraguay, FOB from Brazil and CNT-STCPP from France.
We are aware of the effort that you’ve made to be present at this Conference and we feel proud and honoured that you decided to join us in this event. The response to our invitation and the widespread interest that it has generated have been both humbling and extremely encouraging. We thank you all for that.
We also want to thank the many comrades from CNT that have been involved in the organisation. No doubt your work has gone a long way to make the Conference a success.

El pasado 20 de noviembre, la Central Sindical realizó una concentración en la que se informó sobre lo sucedido a raíz de las decisiones del Consejo Rector y sobre lo logrado mediante la actividad sindical desarrollada, asistiendo al acto, varias decenas de militantes de la Federación Local de Valencia.
El Tribunal confirma la sentencia en primera instancia del Juzgado de lo Social nº5 de Valencia y condena a la empresa a readmitir a los dos trabajadores despedidos en su mismo puesto de trabajo. El fallo argumenta que los despidos se produjeron vulnerando el derecho fundamental a la libertad sindical, pues ambos eran miembros activos de la Sección Sindical de CNT constituida legalmente en Extracciones Levante.
El pacto de fin de huelga fue suscrito por el Comité de Huelga y la empresa a mediados de la semana pasada, suponiendo importantes mejoras para los trabajadores y trabajadoras de esta empresa valenciana. Tras intensas negociaciones, que se han mantenido desde principios de octubre, se ha alcanzado un acuerdo satisfactorio que mejora notablemente las condiciones laborales de la plantilla.
